| RULES FOR PAYMENT OF FEE: |
| (i) Fee is payable for 12 months irrespective of the date of admission. |
| (ii) Payment should be made between the 1st and the 20th of the 1st month of
each quarter. |
| MODE OF PAYMENT OF FEE: |
| Collection of fees would be done through ECS. The first run
would take place between 10th and 15th of the first month of each quarter and a
re-run would be on 10th of the next month, only in case the amount is not
credited in our account on the first run. However, the 1st fee at the time of
admission is to be paid only through a demand draft. |

| TRANSPORT FEE: |
| (a) A student opting to use the school bus has to pay for the whole of the
particular quarter, irrespective of the date of commencement. |
| (b) Similarly, fee for the whole quarter is charged on discontinuing the usage
of the school bus. A month's notice is required for termination of use of the
bus service. |
| (c) Transport fee is payable for 11 months during the year. Ordinarily, fee is
not payable for the month of June when the school is closed for summer vacation. |
| (d) Full fee will be charged even if the school is open for a part of the month. |
| (e) Transport fee is payablke along with school fee, on quarterly basis. |

| FINE FOR LATE PAYMENT OF FEE: |
| 1. Rs. 100/- for payment made after notified date till 10th of the 2nd month of
the quarter. |
| 2. Rs. 200/- for payment made between 11th of the 2nd month till the 10th of the
3rd month of the quarter. |
| 3. Rs. 500/- for payment made after the 11th of the 3rd month to the last day of
the quarter |
| 4. In case the fee receipt is lost/misplaced, a duplicate receipt will be issued
only after the end of the quarter. |
| 5. The name of the student will be struck off the roll if the fee is not paid by
the end of the quarter. |
| 6. Re-admission can be secured only with the approval of the Head of the school.
Re-admission fee will be charged. |

| - Clear one month's notice (in writing ) is required for the withdrawal of
child from school or else one month's fee has to be deposited. |
